We Didn't Start a Software Company.

We Built a Better Way to Run Industry. Software was never our goal. Solving real operational problems was. That's why we don't begin with features, modules, or products. We begin with understanding how industries actually work—how materials move, how decisions are made, where time is lost, and where growth gets blocked. Technology is simply the tool. The solution is what matters. Every product we build exists to help industries operate smarter, faster, and with greater confidence. We're not building software. We're engineering the future of industrial operations.

Vision

For years, businesses have been forced to change the way they work to fit software. We think it should be the other way around.

At Trikaan, we're not trying to build more software. We're trying to remove unnecessary work, reduce manual effort, and help businesses make better decisions.

Our long-term vision is simple: help manufacturing companies reach an AWAR (Active Workflow Automation Rate) of 90–99.9%—where most day-to-day workflows run automatically, with fewer errors, less manual work, and more time spent on what actually matters.

Founder's Story

For over 14 years, Charan Basireddy worked on enterprise software across IBM India Software Labs, Dell, HP, and Altron. Those years taught him how world-class technology is built. But it was only after working closely with manufacturing companies that he discovered where enterprise software was consistently falling short.

Every factory looked different, but the problems looked the same. Operators still filled production records on paper. Quality reports could be edited after the fact. Warehouse stock rarely matched the ERP. Managers spent hours reconciling numbers before making decisions they still couldn't fully trust.

After years of seeing the same failures repeated across factories, he reached a simple conclusion.
The problem wasn't implementation. It was architecture.

In 2025, he founded Trikaan to rethink enterprise software from the ground up. The first product was Anvaya—a manufacturing platform designed around real factory workflows instead of generic ERP assumptions.

Founder's Story

For over three decades, Dr. Rama Subba Reddy dedicated his career to understanding materials at the smallest scale—where microscopic variations determine whether an experiment succeeds or fails.

In thin film research, an answer that is almost correct is still wrong.
Every observation has to be traced back to its source. Every conclusion has to withstand evidence. That discipline shaped his approach to research—and today, it shapes how Trikaan approaches product design.

While the fields are different, the principle is the same. Complex systems cannot be improved by assumptions. They improve when problems are understood at their root.

His contribution isn't reflected in a single feature. It's reflected in the thinking behind the platform—building systems that are measurable, dependable, and designed from first principles.

Founder's Story

For over 15 years, Amala C has worked in enterprise software quality assurance and automation across HP and IBM, building and validating systems where reliability was never optional. Working on large-scale enterprise platforms taught her that automation is only valuable when the data behind it can be trusted.

That belief became one of the guiding principles behind Anvaya.

After working closely with enterprise software and manufacturing workflows, she saw that many quality processes still depended on manual records, disconnected approvals, and data that could be changed long after production. The issue wasn't just inefficient processes—it was the absence of systems that could guarantee the integrity of quality data.

At Trikaan, Amala leads Quality Assurance and Automation, ensuring every Anvaya release meets the same standards of reliability expected from enterprise software. Her approach has shaped the design of Anvaya's Quality Control platform, including controlled quality records, tamper-resistant audit trails, structured approval workflows, and validation mechanisms that make production data accurate, traceable, and dependable.

As a Technical Advisor and Head of QC & Automation, she continues to guide the quality philosophy behind Anvaya, helping build software that manufacturing teams can rely on with confidence.

Head of QC & Automation

We don't define ourselves by the software we create.
We define ourselves by the industries we help transform.

We didn't discover a software problem. We discovered an industry waiting to be understood.

We walked into
factories expecting
to study operations.

Instead, we found
brilliant people spending
their days filing the gaps
left by disconnected systems.

Procurement unaware.

Production knew
something
procurement didn't.

Warehouse solved
problems finance
couldn't see.

Management made
decisions without
seeing what was
actually happening
on the shop floor.

Everyone were working.

No one was working together.

That was the moment
everything changed.

We realized businesses didn't need
another ERP, another dashboard,
or another software company.

They needed someone willing
to understand how an industry
truly breaths—then build
technology around that reality.

That belief became Trikaan.

Today, every platform we build starts with one question:

How should this industry work if technology had no limitations?

Core Values

The Principles That Drive Everything We Build

01

Businesses Should Never Bend to Software.

For decades, businesses have changed their operations to match software limitations. We believe software should continuously adapt to the business—not the other way around. That belief is the foundation of everything we build.

02

An Industry Is One Living System.

Production doesn't work without procurement. Warehouse doesn't work without logistics. Quality doesn't work without production. Finance doesn't work without operations. We don't build isolated applications. We build systems that understand how every decision affects the next.

03

Technology Should Think, Not Just Record.

Software shouldn't exist just to store transactions. It should explain delays. Predict risks. Reveal hidden costs. Recommend better decisions. We believe intelligence begins where reporting ends.

04

We Measure Success on the Shop Floor.

Dashboards don't create value. Better production does. Fewer delays do. Lower waste does. Faster decisions do. If it doesn't improve how the business operates, it isn't finished.
